Commercial management
Receiving and settling service charges for managing the jointly-owned property, settlement of individual accounts and business plans. Besides the settlement of income and expense such communities obtain an overview of their assets with complete information on receivables and liabilities and a current status of the maintenance reserve fund – this is transparency on the TREUREAL level.

Technical management
Planning, implementation and supervision of maintenance works, control of all involved such as tradesmen, caretakers, winter service and plant care.
